Description
A mysterious gem with great potential, crafted by the artisans of the Sunderguard. This jewel invites the weave to saturate your armor with elemental energy. Adventurers are limited to 3 different equipped jewel augmentations.
Damage from all sources of a given elemental type are reduced.
Details
Whenever you would receive damage of the type matching your jewel's selected element, roll dice to reduce that damage. Damage over 10 cannot be reduced more than 90% (eg: 21 fire damage cannot be reduced to less than 2 fire damage, but 7 fire damage could be reduced to 0).
One type of Elemental Harmony jewel cannot be combined with another, although Elemental Harmony can be combined with Elemental Edge, of the same or different element type.
Upgrades
Upgrading this jewel primarily requires magicite of the appropriate element type. (1 magicite = 10 gems = 100 stones)
Fire is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: fire, force, radiant.
Water is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: acid, cold, poison
Wind is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: lightning, necrotic, thunder
At level 1, reduce up to 1d4 damage.
level 2 : reduce up to 2d4 damage - requires 1 primary magicite
level 3 : reduce up to 3d4 damage - 2 primary magicite
level 4 : reduce up to 4d4 damage - 3 primary magicite
level 5 : reduce up to 3d6 damage - 5 primary magicite, 1 of each other type of magicite
level 6 : reduce up to 4d6 damage - 7 primary magicite
level 7 : reduce up to 5d6 damage - 9 primary magicite
level 8 : reduce up to 6d6 damage - 11 primary magicite
level 9 : reduce up to 5d8 damage - 15 primary magicite, 2 of each other type of magicite
level 10 : reduce up to 6d8 damage - 19 primary magicite
