A mysterious gem with great potential, crafted by the artisans of the Sunderguard. This jewel invites the weave to saturate a weapon with elemental energy. Adventurers are limited to 3 different equipped jewel augmentations.
Weapon attacks deal additional elemental damage.
Details
Roll dice with a successful attack to added elemental damage of one of the following types: acid, cold, fire, force, lightning, necrotic, poison, radiant, or thunder. Increasing the level of this jewel increases the damage added to the attack.
One type of Elemental Edge damage jewel cannot be combined with another, although Elemental Edge can be combined with Elemental Harmony, of the same or different element type.
Upgrades
Upgrading this jewel primarily requires magicite of the appropriate element type. (1 magicite = 10 gems = 100 stones)
Fire is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: fire, force, radiant.
Water is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: acid, cold, poison
Wind is the primary magicite for the following elemental damage types: lightning, necrotic, thunder

level 5 : 3d6 damage - 5 primary magicite, 1 of each other type of magicite

level 8 : 6d6 damage - 11 primary magicite
level 9 : 5d8 damage - 15 primary magicite, 2 of each other type of magicite
